This past weekend I was able to spend a little time doing some gratitude journalling in what I call my creative notebook. It was Thanksgiving here in Canada. This turned into the kind of journalling session that was really more of a meditative process. As you can see, there’s no writing, or even drawing. Just some blobs of muted watercolours. And then some of my favourite supplies: stamps, rub-on stickers, stickers and washi tape. I looked for things that were black/grey in colour to put into the blobs. So there was no pressure at all to come up with words, be neat or artistic, and I really enjoyed the process.

P.S. I was inspired by, and mostly copied, this tutorial.
