Although today is the last day of the year, this isn’t an end of year post. Because like most years, it ends not with a bang but a whisper. And that’s okay.
Not typing up a long year-end review and article length post about what 2022 was. It was a life. I lived. I’m here doing the best I can with what I’ve got. Grateful for living. Grateful for rest.

This space has been empty for a while but that’s okay too. I know it’s here when I have the capacity for it. I’ve missed being here regularly, and am hoping to carve out a place for writing here again.
Today I wanted to say that I made some greeting cards with the photo above, as well as a few others, as Christmas presents. It’s in Vancouver this past November. The city was still enjoying a perfectly beautiful fall. I used to do more of that and forgot how much I loved them. I’m thinking of re-opening the shop I used to run and listing some of the cards. Another bit of space to be carved out soon.
P.S. I took the photo with my Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark III. I love it as a travel and on-the-go camera.
