Lovely readers, is it okay if I talk about migraine?
Migraine is a topic that’s very personal to me. I have a lot of experience with it, and I have a lot to say. There are several posts planned already, and it’ll likely be a recurring theme. I hope at least some of it will resonate with you, but if not at least you know there’ll be stationery involved …
This is why I’m raising the issue now … every March there’s an excellent virtual conference called Migraine World Summit. 2022 will be my fourth year watching it, and I’ve always learned something new and valuable. I highly recommend taking a look at the line-up of talks if you or someone you care for experiences migraine. This year it runs from March 16-24. If you register you can “attend” for free and watch as many or as few speakers as you like.
I’ve marked the dates in my planner, and am ready with a notebook and pen to take lots of notes. I hope you’ll join me.

P.S. The notes in the photo are from this podcast episode.
P.P.S. While I write this I’m listening to the soundtrack from The Talented Mr. Ripley. It’s one of my favourite movies. I might need to watch it again soon.
