The forecast is for spring like temperatures in the high teens (Celsius) this weekend, in between days of still-winter-weather. I hope you have a chance to be out, making the most of it.
If you’re a migraineur like me, and the weather affects your head, then prepare to take it easy:
- Close up the blinds and take naps.
- Stock up on soothing teas and easy, good-for-you snacks.
- Queue up an audio-book. Two good ones I’ve listened to lately are The Night Tiger by Yangsze Choo and Five Little Indians by Michelle Good. I use the Libby app to borrow them from the local library.
And know that I see you. I’ll be holding your hand, if only virtually.
Take care. xx
